The owner must know if the tenant is working from home or goes to the office each day, or other.
The owner is considering installing Pre-paid Electricity, at the moment it is metered.
If Pre-Paid: Rental is R6000.00 per month, water included.
If Metered Electricity and Working At the Office: Rental is R6,500.00 per month, Water and Wi-Fi included.
If Metered Electricity and Working from Home: Rental is R7,000.00 per month, Water and Wi-Fi included.
Cleaner If Required: Each Wednesday, R50.00 - to be paid on the day - cleaning only - No Washing and No Ironing.
Mattress - If marked, you pay for a new one.
